Terms of Use

Contractor Club Limited ("Contractor Club", "we" or "us") provides you access to ContractorClub.co.uk (the "Site") in order to facilitate the sharing of available contracts between members only. Please read these Terms of Use carefully before becoming a member. Logging in indicates that you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these Terms of Use in full, you must leave this Site immediately. When you access the Site as a member, you shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms of Use and other conditions in full.

Limited Company Status

That the member is a limited company and the person joining is a director of that company and is authorised to act on behalf of the company.

Right to work in UK

Whilst it is your responsibility to ensure you and your staff are legally allowed to work in the UK, you are by using this site agreeing that all necessary checks have already been undertaken by yourselves.

Payment of Commission

Commission is due to the Placer and the referrer in the event of a placed job being filled. No commissions are due if a Contractor Club member does not win the contract.

Members agree to pay all commissions, at the applicable rates as they fall due to be paid – both to the referring member and to Contractor Club Limited. Payments to be made within 7 days of receipt of monies by the client to the member. If members proceed with a contract, initially advised to them by the Contractor Club/another member, directly with the client or through a third party, they are still due to pay the fee to us and the introducing member. Contractor Club Ltd will not make payments where none have been paid by the Fulfiller Contractor (the contractor undertaking the role) whatever the reason for non-payment.

To keep all contracts advertised on Contractor Club confidential To not post roles onto the Contractor Club site that are from confidential sources

Restrictions on use of site/ expected member behaviour

You will not use the Site for any of the following purposes: * To post any material for which you have not obtained permission to post * To post on the Site inaccurate, incomplete or false information. * To post on the Site any libellous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable material * To use any device, routine or software to crash, delay, or otherwise damage the operation of this Site * To take any action that affects Contractor Club's reputation or that defames, abuses, harasses or threatens others Contractor Club in its sole discretion shall determine your compliance with the above and shall have the right to prevent you from using the Site and/or to delete from the Site immediately and without prior notice any material that it deems not to comply or to be objectionable for any reason.

Security

You are solely responsible for the security and proper use of the password, which should be kept confidential at all times and not disclosed to anyone. You must notify us immediately if you believe that your password is in the possession of someone else or if it may be used in an unauthorised way. We accept no liability for any unauthorised or improper use of disclosure of any password.

Use of information on the Site

No liability is accepted by Contractor Club for any loss or damage which may arise out of any person relying on or using any information given by the club or its members.

Accuracy of Contract descriptions

Contracts are placed on the site by Members not by the site. Accordingly we can take no responsibility for the accuracy of the postings. Members should rely on their discussions with the client, not on the posting to this site.
